VILLA RENTAL PROGRAM
Let us take care of marketing and renting your villa when youāre not here enjoying it. The Casa de Campo Resort and Villas Villa Rental Program offers an exclusive partnership that takes the worry and stress out of finding tenants, collecting payment, and property maintenance. Six-month and yearlong contracts are available, and for a small monthly administration fee, we will take care of:
- Property management
- Bill payment
- Marketing and promotions of your property
- Rental services
- Villa concierge service
By using this service, Casa de Campo has exclusive rights to market and rent your villa and we become fully responsible for the supervision and maintenance of your home while youāre not here. Payment of rental revenue will be processed once a month and will include an itemized account statement.

OCCASIONAL RENTALS
If you donāt want to commit to renting your villa on a six-month or yearlong contract, Casa de Campo also offers occasional rental services through our exclusive flex partnership option. When the resort experiences high demand around key dates, many villa owners offer up their properties on an occasional basis, when available.
As with a full rental agreement, Casa de Campo will take care of creating a profile of your property to be featured online and in marketing materials. Through our online booking we can rent your villa only on the dates you specify.
Please note: Professional photos of all villa areas must be provided by the villa owner.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
With both the full rental program and occasional rental program, villas must meet a specific set of standards to be rented to resort guests. The villa owner must meet these requirements before the villa can be admitted into the rental program.
